INTERNSHIP

OVERVIEW

The Momentum Ministries Internship program is open to candidates ages 18-27 who are interested in actively serving and growing in ministry. Through this, Interns will be given an opportunity to serve, learn, and engage within Momentum’s vision and culture.  Interns will also be mentored and discipled by Momentum leadership. Our hope and goal is that by full participation and commitment to this program, all Interns will grow in and dive into the day to day of a prophetic ministry as well as leaving empowered and with a clearer view of their call, gifting, and power through Jesus Christ.

TIME COMMITMENT

The Momentum Internship typically starts off with a 6-8 week commitment.

On a typical week, Momentum Interns are expected to commit to be in the office 2-days a week (roughly 6 hours each) with mandatory attendance at bi-weekly Revival CO. Events (roughly 7 hours) & then various other commitments (trainings, local teachings, outreaches etc.) that occur throughout the week/weekend.

MINISTRY RESPONSIBILITIES

In discussion with IA Program Director, each Intern will be place in a focus area. This focus will fall within the overall vision of Momentum and will seek to utilize and explore the Interns passions, calling and gifting. In addition to this specific focus, each Interns is expected to participate in “all team” events and responsibilities. This could include, but are not limited to Revival Co. responsibilities, Outreach, team building, self-care, volunteering, and other Momentum Events. Interns will also participate in Media areas, as Momentum is a media forward Ministry.

FINANCIAL DETAILS

Although the Momentum Internship is not a paid position, all Interns are encouraged to seek other employment. This employment should not be scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Friday Nights or other set team meeting times (to be advised). Interns are also encouraged to raise support for the duration of the program. All support gifts can be processed through Momentum and are tax deductible to the giver.
